We’d been feeling fairly good in regards to the state of Corvette manufacturing and final Friday I even wrote about how we have been seeing some higher-than-expected days of manufacturing this month with the every day counts reaching 188-193 items produced.

Quick ahead to this Friday and we realized that the Corvette Meeting Plant is closed at this time after lowering manufacturing on Wednesday to 98 autos and Thursday to 80 autos constructed.

It’s at the moment unknown what half or vendor has triggered the slowdown/stoppage aside from the now-familiar chorus of “provide chain” issues being accountable.
